Po niekoľkých rokoch vyrábania dvoch ružových vín z oboch odrôd a pozorovania ich vlastností sme pochopili, že naša cesta je nájsť každý rok optimálnu kupáž týchto odrôd a vytvoriť jedno plnohodnotné ružové víno. Rebela Rosa fermentovala v hlinených amforách tzv. Tinajas, ktoré ručne vyrobil slávny španielsky majster Padilla. Víno zrelo v Ovoidoch, nie je čírené ani filtrované. Za etiketu vďačíme slovenskému ilustrátorovi Petrovi Budinskému.

REBELA ROSA is one of our SLOVAK POSTMODERNA wines.
REBELA ROSA is one of our young wines. After several years of making two rose wines (Blaufrankisch and Cabernet Sauvignon) and careful observation of their sensoric qualities, we decided to look for an ideal blend and so make only one rose every vintage.
Our rosé is pressed directly, with no maceration, ferments in clay Tinajas handmade by famous spanish artisan José Padilla. After fermentation we keep it in ovoids for a while, before bottling young and lively at the end of the harvest year.
Real rosé wine is a complex wine with rightful position in the gastronomy world and a refreshing drink at the same time. This is our Rebela Rosa.
