EGGSTASY je jednoducho výstredné víno - spontánne kvasený rizling, macerovaný na šupkách, nie je žiadna comfortná zóna, ale výlet za dobrodružstvom.
Víno odkazuje na slová horolezca Reinholda Messnera, s ktorými sme sa stotožnili, lebo pri našom spôsobe výroby vína stojíme vždy jednou nohou nad priepasťou. Tento rizling zrel 2 roky v drevených sudoch vyrobených z dubu z nášho lesa.
Aj keď nie sme fanúšikmi vínnych súťaží, Eggstasy sme zapojili do súťaže Danube Wine Challenge 2022, kde získala striebornú medailu.

EGGSTASY OF WINE ALPINIST is a different kind of Riesling wine. In 2016 we fulfilled our dream and had our own local wood barrels made by the moravian cooper Mr. Fryzelka, who came to our forrest and personally selected the trees.
Eggstasy Riesling aged 2 years in those barrels and then was bottled with no fining or filtering.
The name of the wine refers to the Italian mountaineer Reinhold Messner and these words are sometimes reminiscent of working with wine.
"What we alpinist do, almost goes against the reason: we go to places where death is a possibility in order not to die. The art is not to die, and it is just an art, because death is a possibility. But if we survive and get back home, we feel born again.”
