CUTIS PINOTER je naše oranžové víno starej školy z odrody typicky využívanej pre výrobu oranžových vín. Hrozno má tmavé šedé bobule a nakvášať jeho mušt na šupkách sa vyslovene ponúka. Víno získava nádhernú farbu a veľmi intenzívnu, tak trochu melancholickú, chuť. Slovo “cutis” znamená po latinsky “šupka” alebo “koža” a toto označenie majú naše oranžové vína, ktoré macerujú na šupkách niekoľko týždňov a zároveň na šupkách prebehne aj celý proces spontánneho kvasenia.

Cutis Pinoter is our “old school” orange wine. Pinot Gris berries are really “ gris” dark, that calls for skin contact.
Wine shows a beautiful colour and very intense, bit melancholic taste. Word “Cutis” means skin in latin, and we use this name for our full fledged skin fermented wines.
Cutis Pintoter macerated with skin for the whole period of fermentation, then aged in ovoid.
Ovoid is an egg shaped vessel made of food grade plastic that breaths. It is an American patent, we got to know visiting French winemakers. The vessel allows micro oxidation during aging, just like a wooden barrel, while not effecting the wine sensorially with wooden tones.
The wine was bottled with no fining or filtering.
